Birthday Party!

To generate party conversation, let's say we play a little game. *g*

Ask me anything- anything at all, so long as it's fandom related (no personal disclosures tonight).

And selenak, before you ask (because I so know you're going to *g*), the updates for Enemies & Allies will be up by Wednesday at the latest.

The Monster List of My Fandoms, Past & Present

Oh, and fannish question: what would you say to Lani Tupu if/when you meet him? (You should come to the Farscape con in November, and such things can be arranged. *g*)
Where is the Farscape con being held?

I had to look up Tupu for a sec- I don't quite have all the actors memorized yet. *g* But to your question: I think I would compliment his ability to play two utterly different characters equally effectively.
It's in Burbank, it's always LOADS of fun, and everyone who's anyone will be there (right, Kerne?). You can, of course, crash with me. As may anyone who wants to, and I'll probably have Maayan and Fi here also, per usual.

Also, I'll tell you this. When I started with Farscape, Pilot was my favorite too, and the Aeryn/Pilot relationship was absolutely my OTP. It took a while for me to shift my affections over to my boy Scorpy (and Harvey, just WAIT till you meet HARVEY, Harvey is my HERO) and the Scorpy/John OTP, so I'm interested to see if you stick with Pilot or head over to the dark side. *g* Of course, Pilot is SO your kind of guy.

Here's another fannish question, although I have to sign off and might not be here to see the answer for a couple hours -- what do you think Pilot feels about Aeryn?
Of course, Pilot is SO your kind of guy.

He so is. *g*

I still have a ways to go, so we shall see if I venture to the dark side or not. Hee.

what do you think Pilot feels about Aeryn?

There is definite love there. An appreciation for the fact that Aeryn remembers he exists and interacts with him on a personal level.

I find it very, very interesting that, aside from Crichton, it was Aeryn who was most offended by the others' actions in DNA Mad Scientist. And I think Pilot noticed.

Also interesting is Pilot's extreme reaction to the revelation in The Way We Weren't. This to me suggests something a little more than friendliness- that he felt personally betrayed on a far deeper level. Of course, much of this reaction was also due to his own feelings of guilt, but still...

I have to say that I'm also interested in the relationship between Pilot and Moya. As a matter of fact, there's a post-TWWW idea slowly worming it's way into the back of my mind involving both of them...
*raises hand*

I'll be there, but not with bells on. *g*
