*headdesk*

I know why I'm having trouble with this Vir entry I'm writing:

The whole point of the scene is to set up more potential clues. In other words, it's plot based.

Plot is my number one weakness. I have a number of unfinished epics on my hard drive that aspired to be mega-stories with intricate plots, only to fizzle the moment I hit that first necessary yet boring set-up scene. *sigh*

soulonds9 is amused by my agony on this. My bastard brother has just finished a novel-length DS9 fic that is bursting with plot and is gearing up to write another. I hate him.

TM plots merely tend to drive me insane with their complete craziness...

Btw, it is sooo cool that your brother writes (fan) fiction. My bro thinks that I shouldn't waste my time on something as infantile as this and move on to better and more important things. Well, at least he doesn't make fun of my writing in general... But, still, that is sooo cool! *L*

Great Maker, tell me about it! *g* I love ours, but I'm so not the one driving here. I'm the one in the back seat reacting to all the mad twists and turns in the road. *g*

Fah! It's a hobby. We do it for fun. It's like building model trains, except a little crazier. *g*
